When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Production times are roughly 4-10 business days, shipping time depends on the country, 5–15 days. Your order will arrive between 1 to 5 weeks. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we may be able to adjust or cancel it. After that, orders are usually already in production or processing.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — Voodoo Hoodies ships worldwide. We deliver to most countries and offer tracked shipping options at checkout.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart before placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the print, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
